1. Service Overview
IRVE ("the Service") is a subscription-based macro market analysis platform operated at irve.io. The Service provides session studies, real-time news alerts, market dashboards, and economic calendar data delivered via a web application, Discord, and Telegram.
2. Not Financial Advice
The content provided by IRVE is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. You should not treat any of the Service's content as such.
All analysis, bias scores, key levels, and trade drivers are opinions and must not be relied upon as a sole basis for any financial decision. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making any financial commitments.
3. No Guarantees
IRVE does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. Market conditions change rapidly and analysis may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Past performance or analysis accuracy does not indicate future results.
4. Risk Acknowledgment
Trading foreign exchange, indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could sustain a loss of some or all of your investment. You acknowledge that:
- Financial markets involve substantial risk of loss
- Leveraged products can result in losses exceeding your initial deposit
- You are using the Service at your own risk
- IRVE bears no responsibility for any trading losses you may incur
5. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the selected interval until you cancel.
- Prices are listed in USD and may be updated with 30 days' notice
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle
6. Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests after this period are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at the email address below.
7. Account & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute the content delivered by the Service. One subscription is for one individual user. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content generated and delivered by IRVE, including but not limited to session studies, alert analyses, and dashboard data, is the intellectual property of IRVE. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display this content without prior written consent.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
10. Data & Privacy
We collect and store the minimum data necessary to operate the Service, including your email address, subscription status, and platform links (Discord/Telegram). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe; we do not have access to your full payment details.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IRVE and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
