1. What We Collect

IRVE collects the minimum data necessary to operate the service:

• Account data Email address and hashed password when you create an account
• Subscription data Plan tier and billing status (managed by Stripe)
• Platform links Discord user ID and/or Telegram chat ID if you connect these platforms for delivery
• Alert preferences Keyword filters you set for real-time news alerts
• Usage data Basic access logs (IP address, request timestamps) for security and abuse prevention

2. What We Don't Collect

• We do not track your browsing behavior across other sites
• We do not use third-party advertising trackers
• We do not collect financial account information, brokerage data, or trading history
• We do not store full payment details all payment processing is handled by Stripe

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to operate and deliver the IRVE service:

• Authenticate your account and manage your subscription
• Deliver session studies and alerts to your connected platforms
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing notifications)
• Protect against abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with:

• Stripe Payment processing and subscription management
• Cloudflare DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection

Both providers are bound by their own privacy policies and process data only as necessary to provide their services.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. All connections to irve.io are encrypted via TLS (HTTPS). We do not store session tokens beyond their expiration period.

6. Cookies

IRVE uses only essential cookies required for authentication (session tokens). We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. No cookie consent banner is needed because we only use strictly necessary cookies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Portability Request your data in a machine-readable format

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@irve.io. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records).

9. Children's Privacy

IRVE is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
